How to check user activity on the site?

There is this situation:
There is a bot in telegram (aiogram, postgresql), there is a site (mine) associated with this bot and a third-party site. From the bot, the user goes to my site, selects what task he wants to complete and transfers it to a third-party site. How can you implement the fulfillment of a condition / verification of any user action on a third-party site?
