How to check the real amount of recorded data on ssd?
I decided to install SSDLife and see the status of my Plextor M6S and was a little stunned.
And I know for sure that I myself did not record so much. Also, within 3 minutes, I ran into 5 GB of recorded data, although the task manager at that time did not show almost any disk activity.
I installed two different versions of ssdlife - the result is the same.
Is there any way to confirm or disprove the data?
I'm also afraid that some program block will work to limit writing to memory cells - or am I mistaken and this will not happen?
