How to check the layout with a monitor resolution of 2000x3000px?

My monitor is 2000 by 3000 pixels with a diagonal of 13.5 inches. I just started learning how to build with Bootstrap. Through f12 in the browser I can see how the screen looks on a smartphone and tablet. Here the dimensions are approximately the same as reality. But with a normal monitor with a width of 1920px, I don't understand how to evaluate the actual appearance. My screen resolution matches large monitors, although the screen size in real life is that of a regular laptop (not even a netbook).*
* - I have a Microsoft Surface Book.

1) Put in the settings 1920x1080.
