There is a program. The Requirements indicate the OS from Win7 and preferably 64 bits.
On one of the computers with XP, you need to install it. Is it possible to find out in advance whether it will be installed or not?

Well, given that the manufacturer actually indicated to you that it will not be installed, we can assume. However, you can only find out for sure by trying - maybe the manufacturer simply deceived you.
