In general, if you are going to do training on orders, then when ordering, you must sell "10 training units" and make "10 shipments" attach "1 training unit" to each.
By the way, according to the law, after each lesson, you must also knock out checks for the "shipment" of this training, and then also knock out a check for full payment.
Accordingly, the order is considered paid when the money is received, but completed when all shipments are shipped.
