How to check php for vulnerabilities?

A friend asked me to help upload his code to my server. I filled in and there was wso php Shell. I moved away, but I'm sure I left my wso everywhere. Is there a utility for linux to check all php files, I have 12k of them for all kinds of shell vulnerabilities, etc.?

maldet. it uses the ClamAV base but is faster.
it also makes sense to run rkhunter.
When I worked in hosting, this bundle was enough to check the server with the site for rootkits and shells
