How to check a site against blacklists?

At some point, my entire hosting with all the sites was hacked and I somehow missed this moment for several months, two domains were blocked by ICANN (already unblocked). Now, when transferring to timeweb, I received:

Transfer and placement in the domain control panel are prohibited.
For more information, please contact support.

How can I check the site for all blacklists at once, etc. where could it get? How to restore reputation? Now all viruses are removed, cleaned, etc.
