There is an old site from 2014.. Still working, promoted quite a bit, few links were bought..
Authority checked with ahrefs = DR 10. Referring websites 51 73% dofollow
Backlinks 114 63% dofollow

But I want to fully check the domain for its suitability to make a new design and start actively promoting in the same topic.

What indicators should be checked for a domain?

And what tools are preferably free
