How to change working directory via config?
Set the working directory /home via file -> open folder. after that, the sublime began to hang wildly. I tried to close and open again, it still hangs so that even the mouse cursor cannot be moved. At the same time, the resource monitor shows that the sublime has more than 1 gigabyte of RAM. At the same time, the processor is loaded at almost 100 power,
please tell me how to change the working directory without starting the sublime. I searched in the config, but did not find anything I needed

Well, he tries nervously to scan everything in your /home directory, if from under the root, then also all users, but even in your home directory there are more than enough different caches, take at least a browser.
In general, there are two ways:
1. Delete the directory with the sublime configs, search in .config .local .sublime or find the specific file in which it saves the session
2. Just run the sublime from the console "sublime ."
I don’t know how the binary is called it in linux, so it’s up to you, the main thing is with a dot separated by a space. Any normal editor perceives this as "opening and setting the current directory as a working one" and not loading the saved session (respectively, in the console, go to a directory in which there are not 100500 files :)).
