How to change WooCommerce store page title?

In WooCommerce, in the settings, you can select the store page:

This page is an archive of products and in the header in the browser is designated as "Archive Products".
I need my own title.
Created a normal page, added a shortcode:
[recent_products per_page="12" columns="4"]
But it doesn't have pagination, sorting, etc. Partially, this can be solved with plugins, climbing into functions.php (pagination), but everything is somehow complicated.
How to create a store page as an archive page, with all its elements?
Or how to change the title of the browser (so that later woocommerce can be updated without any problems)?

You can easily replace the title if you install an SEO plugin (for example, SEO by Yoast) and change the title for the store page in it. If you mean title.
