Win is Super or Cmd (in poppies). There is no other key of this kind.
True, there are left and right options (similar to LCtrl and RCtrl), maybe your Linux for some reason does not digest your version of the key.
EMNIP, by default this key is not used in mint.
But this is easily fixable - you go into the keyboard, hotkeys - and assign whatever you want to any combination with the Win key (for example, screen lock on Win-L).
I can’t tell you exactly (I don’t have Linux at hand), but for myself I did something like I wrote.
