How to change WiFi connection from OS X terminal?

It is required to change the current WiFi connection through the OS X terminal.
That is, for example, two WiFi points are available: WIFI1 and WIFI2. Connections have already been made to both, so the passwords from the lower ones are saved in the system. At the moment I am connected to WIFI1. How can I use only terminal commands to switch to WIFI2 ?
