How to change user of Bitnami wordpress folder?

I’m getting acquainted with the bitnami wordpress virtual machine, I
ran into such a problem: when I add files through finder and upload files, there are no problems, but if through installing the theme in the vp itself, then only the daemon user has editing rights. how to edit these files or am I doing something wrong (see screenshot) how to work with a virtual machine? thank!

bitnami is not very good, no problem with MAMP!
