How to change ttl on openwrt firmware???

Dear visitors. I am a poor student whose provider is very, very greedy. You need to change ttl. I bought a tl-841n v10 router and reinstalled the firmware on openwrt. Now I don't know what to do next. Maybe someone knows how to change ttl to openwrt ???

At the very end add the line:
iptables -t mangle -A POSTROUTING -j TTL --ttl-set 65
