Will two routers be available on the local network?

There are two routers, the first router, let's call it router 1, it is also "combat" or main, the Internet goes through it. And there is router 2, I want to spin a simple page on it on the lighttpd server. I insert the patch cord into the WAN of router 2 and into the LAN of router 1. I set the static address for router 2 (192.168.0.2) on router 1 and set it on router 2. access to the webmord of router 2 at 192.168.0.2. Suggest more realistic ideas for implementation. Thanks in advance

You can do this, disable DHCP on router 2, and you just need to get a webmord on the def. domain set router ip 2 instead of localhost or 127.0.0.1

And will the Internet be available on router 2?

Ilya : When switching described by Artem , router No. 2 will act as a switch and the Internet on it will be from the first router
Artem answered this - forward the port to the desired address and that's it.

I don’t know how the page on the router will “turn up” there, but in this scheme, the page at the address should immediately be seen in lan, and from the outside on the first router forward the external port 80 to 192.168.0.2:80 and it will be visible from the outside. Of course, on the second router, access to the web from wan must be configured.

I think you need an Audiocodes router. So far, in terms of functionality, it solves the problems of small businesses and organizes the IT infrastructure in the office.
