How to change the position of the elements in the block horizontally?

The question is this. There is a layout, in the layout there is an "About" block in which the reviews go down and through one, the review is mirrored horizontally. So here is how it can be done with css. The idea was to do it somehow through :nth-child and order, change the sequence of text and image. Or all the same, you need to create a separate Item-left and item-right.
