How to change the local IP of a virtual machine in VmWare NAT DHCP?

Hello. Maybe someone knows how to force a local IP to a machine in DHCP VmWare connected via NAT? I tried different options with the dhcp config file (vmnetdhcp.conf), looked in the network editor, nothing works.
