How to change the IP issued by the Android hotspot?

There is a distribution of Wi-Fi through a mobile access point (android phone), it distributes IP in the range 192.168.43.1/24, can they somehow be changed to the range 192.168.0.1/24?

Depends on the firmware of the phone, more often this range is selected randomly every time or once during the first use and then permanently.
On my lenovo it was possible to set the access point in the settings, then the firmware was updated and gone.
Answer: no way, look for a third-party firmware for the phone that has this functionality
