Is there a relationship between Google Analytics and positions?

Hello, help me understand. There is a site 101android.ru , on which Google and Yandex counters are installed and for a long time the site had traffic of 200+ people per day from Google search, since for many queries they were displayed in the top 10. At the same time, attendance from Yandex was 10-20 people and low positions. It so happened that I accidentally deleted the widget with the Google Analytics counter and noticed this only two weeks later, when the positions and attendance from Google fell to the very bottom, but what is most interesting is that almost simultaneously with this, the positions of Yandex immediately increased and the site traffic became 300 + per day. If possible, please explain if this is a coincidence or not? Or is it true that everything depends so much on the installed attendance counter?

If there is a Google counter, then Yandex will not do anything bad to you and vice versa.
The counter plays a big role. For example, Yandex looks at the bounce rate and time on the site, if it is high, then you are in the top
