How to change the images storage folder in docker for windows?

Docker Desktop 3.0.0 (50684)

Actually the question is in the subject.
Tried changing c:\Users\<user>\.docker\daemon.json
Added
"data-root": "C:\\Docker-data\\images"
Docker won't start
