How to change the folder in which the hornbeam looks for the config?

Good day!
I need to change the folder where the grab looks for the config. I tried to specify the folder when compiling using --with-bootdir, --with-grubdir, but still can't find the config. I create the .efi file with ./grub-mkstandalone --directory=grub-core --format=x86_64-efi --output=
grub.efi
