How to change the color of the current line in Unite?

I've been using Vim for a while now. Installed the Unite plugin. I can't change the background color of the line the cursor is on in the Unite menu. The pale gray color merges with the text and is hard to see, especially when searching for files. Tried different color schemes - same result. Is it possible to change it (background color)? if so, how?

@SilentFl

you can try to play around with cursorline
you can see the settings of the plugin itself and write something of your own in vimrc
