How to change the active volume on a computer?

I wanted to resize the volume, but it didn't work, and accidentally clicked on "Make partition active" on another volume. And now, my windows 7 is not loaded, I can’t change the volume back to the same state as it was.
PS There is an 8 gigabyte flash drive, I urgently need to download the program and make it multi-boot, I downloaded acronis but I don’t know what to do with it.
