Windows registry?

Hello!
Installed Google Drive and Yandex Drive, now in the context menu this is happening:
43c2c5b9644f4bc986d9c1842676cc6f.png
I, a computer-savvy person, do not like such inconsistency. Decided to see what's going on in the registry. I found a similar section, but in the section names there are such strange identifiers: {474C98EE-CF3D-41f5-80E3-4AAB0AB04301} . What does it mean? I typed in Google - they say GUID, but Windows, apparently, will somehow decode this data into text.

The question is whether you can somehow encode your information or decode the existing one.
In Google I found only www.win7help.ru/moj-kompyuter/provodnik/novye-punk...
UPD: Maybe someone knows how to rearrange the context menu in Windows?

Try the AutoRuns utility :

This tool checks more places where programs start automatically than any other startup monitor. It shows which programs are set to run during boot or logon, and these programs appear in the order that Windows handles them. Such programs may be located in the startup folder or be registered in the Run, RunOnce, and other registry keys. Autoruns can be configured to display other locations as well, such as Explorer shell extensions, toolbars, browser helper objects, Winlogon notifications, auto-started services, and many more. The Autoruns tool is more powerful than the MSConfig utility that is included with Windows Me and XP.
