How to slow down the cooler speed as much as possible on a Linux/Windows laptop?
There is, then, a laptop of 2009 release. There is also a problem with the noise from the cooling system. Gradually, the temperature rises and the speed grows, which is very infuriating, because you just want to not hear this vile rumble. Currently installed RFRemix 23, NVIDIA 340xx proprietary driver, laptop - Dell Latitude E6400.
Is there a possibility to fix the problem? If not on Linux, then on Windows?
