How to change text color in Unity top bar?

I'm setting up ubuntu 12.04 "for myself", namely, I decided to make it under the max. Everything “squinted” with a bang - and the colors, and the theme, and screwed the panel at the bottom (AWN), and the icons and everything in general, but the fact that the font color in the top panel is white spoils everything. Those. if you do it like in makosi - a light panel - nothing is visible at all.
The question is HOW?! How do I change those damn fonts? I already have the feeling that I was banned in Google, because I can’t find anything on the topic there ...

Look at dconf Editor, it should work.

strange, always when you change the theme to light, the font and icons in the top bar become dark. Maybe you broke something in the process of tuning?
