How to change tags (movie name) in mkv without creating a new file?

Specifically, I'm interested in changing the title of the movie. If this is done in MKVToolNix GUI version 10, then a new file is created, so the whole process takes quite a long time 2 - 5 minutes, although only one name needs to be changed. If there was only one movie, then okay, but when there are a lot of them, then ... a long time is shorter ...
Tell me, please, a free program or how can I perform this operation in the simplest way?

In MKVToolNix GUI, go to the header editor tab, open the file with the button on this page, edit it, then go to the Header Editor menu, click Save.
Naturally, everything is free. And the 10th version is not the latest, update.

With pre-installed MKVToolNix, this is done in a second, you don't even need to open the GUI.

$ mkvpropedit "foo.mkv" -e info -s title="This Is The New Title"
