Can! You go to the manufacturer's website, ask for Russian firmware. Not allowed? We disassemble, dump, disassemble, sort out, flash.
Can! The easiest way is to replace the LEDs. But we are not looking for easy ways! We install RGB LEDs, shovel the whole circuit, order a new board according to the modified circuit from China, rewrite the firmware, add the ability to change colors.
