How to change screen output from monitor to laptop screen?

Notebook: Lenovo G710. I right-clicked on the desktop, there I chose the graphic settings from intel or something like that, and there was the “output to” option. I had the default value set, I changed to "monitor" and the screen went black, rebooted - does not help. How to change screen output back to laptop display if screen is black?
