I start to change from the region, writes that the card is incorrect:
Your credit card could not be authorized.
I start with the card - does not fit the region:
The payment card you entered is not valid in Russia. Please provide a valid payment card for Russia
Before that, I changed the data in the opposite direction, to Russian, then it turned out: it was possible to change the region from the iPhone, but now it does not show the list of countries.
Share your ideas, it seems that I have already tried all the options.

Try to just write a request to native support, it seems to me that this is a standard case that they solve with one click.
