Who owns the rights to the digital version of Mein Kampf?

iTunes (at least in the US) sells Mein Kampf. Who can own the rights to it, if the author died, and it is unlikely that he transferred the rights to someone (heirs, as far as I know, he also had no)? Shouldn't this book be in the Public Domain by all terms and conditions?

I think so, even if it is in the public domain, no one forbids selling it. You can also sell if you want. Well, if 282 are not afraid.
