Before that, there was an apple device, and it was very convenient there that you could customize the application icons on the device via a PC, since poking your finger and constantly moving each one on the device itself is not convenient. Now I've moved over to Android, and installed a lot of applications, but in order to sort the application icons properly, you need to move your fingers for a long time - which is a chore. Therefore, I wonder if there is a similar functionality for android, so that you can distribute the positions of icons on Anroid desktops with a mouse on a smartphone?

The Android desktop is just an application. And such editing should be supported by this application. Lenovo offers nothing of the sort.
And I doubt that in general someone offers.
