How to change RDP passwords?

The essence is simple, I created several users on 2012 R2 (the rdp terminal was raised) and they need to:
1. When connecting for the first time, the user needs to change the password from the temporary one that the admin issued to the permanent one that the user himself comes up with.
2. Once a month, the password must be changed, i.e. the day comes and when you connect it says: Your password is outdated, you need to change blah blah blah ...

Set up user profiles on the server, set the password to "limited" and rejoice. If you need to change it manually, then tasks -> change password.
