About 60 people work on RDP with MS ACCESS on the server. There is an opinion that either there are not enough resources and calls to the database hang, or there is a mutual blocking and calls to the database again hang until they are resolved. Fonts are irrelevant.
Dig in the direction of what users were doing at the time the interface hung. There is an opinion that someone is generating a report, perhaps there is an appeal to an external data source that does not return the answer as quickly as we would like.
