I am a customer on fl.ru
I changed my SIM card, there is no access to the old one. I can't confirm my order. How to be?
I wrote a ticket to https://feedback.fl.ru/ but a day has passed - they do not answer. The performer is indignant, and so am I. There are no phone numbers on the site.
What to do? Just wait? Or is there another way to contact them?

Change through support, no more. Even on a working day, no one will speed up this process.
I had the same situation twice in the last year. And both times they completed the deal through arbitration, simply indicating that the code did not come to the phone, the work was accepted and the money was transferred to the contractor.
