As far as I know, the style of the menu, as well as the external design of the window, depends solely on the system personalization settings.
If you need a "full immersion" in the editor, then you can use the full screen mode by pressing F11 and hiding the menu (View -> Hide menu | Restore visibility - Alt -> View -> Show menu ).
