How to attach Sublime Text 3 to text files?

Windows 7, installed text editor Sublime Text 3
In theory, all text files should open in this editor when you click on them, but this did not happen.
Tried linking them via "Open With > Select Program > Browse" see attachment
But that didn't help either, because Sublime Text 3 just doesn't fit into the program selection.
Is it possible to somehow force the link between text files and the Sublime Text 3 editor, for example, through the registry or something else?
