How to change Linux distribution?
Pop_Os broke - requested an update and died after it - gives an error, is buggy and can not be treated (I don’t really understand)
Now I want to install Ubuntu, instead of what I have - I downloaded the .iso file from the office. site, I don’t understand what to do next
How to mount an image on a flash drive from the current system? How to install Ubuntu completely replacing the existing Pop_Os (do I need to demolish it first or will it do it itself during installation)?

just delete all files from the disk, except for / home
there are your configs of "home" programs
and put ubuntu on the disk without formatting + add. ON.
the same username
and chmod -R olduser
and you're good to go.
download etcher from www.balena.io , and use it to burn the image where you need it.
then just format the disk from the flash drive itself and cleanly install your ubuntu
