How to change layout in macOS using the Shift key?

Greetings.
Enabled language switching on the CapsLock key in the system settings. It works, but somehow not very convenient. I would like to switch using the Shift key. How can I do that?

This is already from the series "I want it - worse than it hurts" :-) Why does the caps not suit you? :-)))

you there you can even hang a switch on the spacebar
