How to change language using Caps Lock?

Added a custom Ukrainian keyboard from https://mac.org.ua/blog/layouts-pc-for-mac/
I also use Mac Russian and English layouts.
If you use Caps Lock to switch between languages, then it only works for Mac layouts, not for manually added layouts.
How to fix it
