Can Windows and Mac OS be installed on the same hard drive?

I have a Windows 8 laptop. I would like to put a Mac next to Win. Is it possible to do so? The laptop has only 1 hard drive. Please write/give a link to instructions on how to do this.

I mean, you don't have a poppy, but a regular laptop? Of course, as with any two or more systems, Win and OS X can live on the same disk, just prepare it. Cut into sections, format in suitable file systems and install independently of each other. But that's not the problem! Apple designs its OS for a limited list of hardware and OS X should not be installed on anything without an apple logo on the case. Therefore, before understanding the intricacies of installing more than one OS per disk, it is worth google the word "hackintosh".

No. The Mac OS you mentioned in your post only existed for PowerPC processors, it didn't exist for x86.
However, you also cannot install Mac OS X and OS X, which were for x86. The license expressly forbids this.

You can, if you can find drivers for your hardware
