How much does chrome on osx display white screen instead of content?

Hello, I ran into such a problem that chrome either does not render content for a while (if I upload a video on YouTube, then playback goes on - sound is heard, and instead of content - a white screen) or it can simply reset the render and start displaying a white screen. I sinned about the Muzzli extension, but nothing has changed after the removal. OS 10.12 / Chrome 54.
Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
