How to change keyboard layout to English in Windows 10 command prompt?
Googling didn't help. I can't seem to find such a simple, it would seem, information.
Help. You just need to change the keyboard layout to English using the Windows cmd. Moreover, if the layout is already set as English, then you do not need to change it. Ideally, you need code for a .bat file (with commands).

1. We come up with a tricky key combination that includes exactly the English language: https://i.imgur.com/8SggiBX.png
Then, when Russian is on, the layout will change, and when English is on, it will remain.
2. Next, google "key combination in batch file", and "SendKeys", for example, here: https://otvet.mail.ru/question/165012621
scriptcoding.ru/2013/06/25/wscript-shell-sendkeys
Then the file vbs run separately or call raskladka.vbs from the batch file
