How to run a windows script in elevated privileges via GPO?

Good afternoon! Subject.
You need to enable a couple of window components on client machines, respectively, via cmd.
the dism utility only works with admin rights, and running as an administrator account through the runas snap-in requires manual entry of the administrator password on each PC, which is why gpo basically lose their meaning. I also refer to granting admin rights or accounts to users as extreme methods.
So, the question is: How can I get the batch file to work on behalf of the administrator, transparently to the user?
Thanks to everyone who submitted!

Make it run on a task that is run from the desired user (in your case, from the administrator).
