How to access ADFS (3.0) Federation Metadata bound to local domain via ADFS Proxy (WAP)?

Hello, there is a local domain.local domain, there is ADFS for this domain. I need to provide internet access to ADFS Federation Metadata via ADFS Proxy (WAP). The problem is that WAP needs to have the same external and internal URL to publish a pass-through application, but for obvious reasons, I cannot create a domain.local domain outside my local network. Is there a way to access the Metadata from the internet without publishing that domain to the internet (say by IP or through another domain)?

Inside, create a DNS zone with the full name of the application, add an A-record with the same name as the zone, and set the local IP. The same for the ADFS proxy name. Teach the web server to work with an external name. ??? Profit.
I understand that you do not yet have a public domain, then point 0 is to get a public domain.
