How to change host for a domain in windows without using hosts?

Hello everybody! There is a local network. Kerio kontrol is installed on the router. Websites that are specified in the kerio settings on the router are blocked. If you connect from a computer on the network via vpn (L2TP) - sites blocked on the router open. BUT! If one of the blocked sites on the computer is assigned another host in the hosts file, then kerio will recognize it and block it. The goal is to open a site on a computer from another host. Question - how to bypass kerio by registering another host to the domain? Accordingly, I don’t have access to the router) It is desirable to have something simpler) I tried to find a browser extension to replace the ip host for the domain - I didn’t find anything sensible. Write something really weird. All in a bunch. Blocking, DNS, VPN.
Once again, in order, what and how is connected to the user, what and how is written in the host and in which, and what is happening with the VPN. Traces, screenshots, pings are welcome.
