Why doesn't he visit the site?

Added a new subdomain in the DNS zone editor (hosted by Yandex).
Through nslookup it gives out the correct ip-address, but writes "Not a trustworthy answer".
Chrome, Mozilla do not enter by letter address, on Win and Mac - only by ip-address. Safari on Mac easily accesses the domain name.
There are no filters on the server (clean), there are no other superfluous records or intersecting subdomains in dns. wget is also unable to connect to the site. nginx is configured correctly (accepts ip, domain).

Apparently, a negative DNS response was cached somewhere (locally, or on the DNS servers used).
