How to change Google search country?

For some reason (I assume that due to the use of ZenMate), if you enter a request through the address bar, the search changed from .com to .de
The question is how to return it back?
In settings - search engines is google.com
In the language settings is English everywhere:

Automatic location detection.

Of course it's because of the proxy.
On the main search page in the lower right corner there is a link to Google.com Are you
searching from the USA?
