How to change geolocation when connected to a working VPN?

Good afternoon, please tell me:

The employer is against remote work from another region (employee).
Cisco Any Connect is used to connect.

As I understand it, you need to somehow proxy a 1-o connection to the company's vpn, but there are a lot of third-party factors, such as various certificates, etc. In general, not very safe, and difficult for me.

Are there any easier ways to change the location of a vpn connection? There is also an idea to deploy vpn on a router, and through it go to a working vpn.

Maybe there is a ready-made solution of some kind?

Everything is decided by conversation, and by the way, if you don’t talk and you get caught, then the conversation will be completely different. Trust, by the way, is a thing that is easy to lose.

Set up a VPN server on a router in your home region, and already connect a router from the region to your home router, then through anyconnect, you can do it without a "regional" router, but you need to play around with the routes. Even easier via RDP to a computer in the home region, if I understand you correctly.

Redirect traffic from one IP address to another using Linux tools with iptables (`-j DNAT`). Set this up on a computer in the allowed region, and put that address in hosts (or VPN software).
