How to change fs from ntfs to fat32?

Good day!
I decided to reinstall Windu from 7 to 10 on an old laptop, in general, I changed from mbr to gpt as it was required there. To do this, I first deleted all the volumes (one whole disk remained). After that, I divided the disk into parts and created volumes. Windows had to be installed on one of them, for this you need to change the file system from ntfs to fat32.
PS when I divided it into parts, I got 2 main ones with ntfs (C and D), 1 system (fat32), which occupied 100 mb, 1 recovery (ntfs)
I did everything in the diskpart console I
used the convert and format commands, but to no avail
The task seems to be simple, I googled with a friend but didn't find anything...

Do you really understand what you are doing and why?
fat32 Windows is not needed to work - all partitions must be formatted in ntfs
you are probably talking about the boot partition, which:
1. must be formatted in ntfs, set active
2. optional, boot data can also be stored in c:\boot, for example.
In your case, I would now start all over again
(carefully read and re-evaluate what you originally wanted to achieve before doing everything described below to avoid data loss):
-deleted partitions, completely, everything
-when installing windows on a blank disk would have a system partition of the required size (do not forget that windows now takes up a lot of space)
- After installing the system on the remaining free space, I would create the remaining two partitions (d: and the recovery partition)
